We are incredibly proud and honored to announce that Dr. Earl Edwards has been given the great honor of having an endowed chair named after him at Freed-Hardeman University. This is an incredible honor and a humbling one at that. Dr. Edwards has committed half a million dollars to the endowed chair within the school of Theology, unbeknownst to him that the endowed chair would be named in his honor, and the family has committed to help FHU raise the rest of the funds needed for this new position - one that will allow Freed-Hardeman to offer its first ever Doctorate of Ministry.
